Project Management Agreement (PMA) – Torsa Wind Farm.

The service includes Management and Technical Inspection during the phases of pre-mobilization, mobilization, assembly, construction, commissioning, operational readiness, recovery, closure, and demobilization of the contracts for the Cardonal (35.4 MW), Manantiales (29.5 MW), and Los Cerrillos (47.2 MW) wind farms, as well as the contract related to the Cardonal Substation and the 110 kV Cardonal–Quelentaro transmission line. The contractor’s scope covers not only the site setup but also all areas defined as part of the project’s direct area of influence, in accordance with the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).
