Multidisciplinary support for the INCO Project, Los Pelambres Division.

The project involves the construction of a 400 l/s reverse osmosis desalination plant in the Conchalí Bay, near the town of Los Vilos, close to the Puerto Chungo terminal. The water will be stored in a 1,000 m³ tank and then pumped through a 61 km, 24-inch aqueduct to the El Mauro industrial area. Once it reaches El Mauro, the water will feed the pumping and distribution system to the processing units. The project also requires the installation of a new SAG mill to join the three already in place, an additional ball mill to complement the six currently in operation, and six new 250 m³ Rougher flotation cells, which will be added to the 49 existing cells.
