In 2023, R&Q underwent a governance reorganization, establishing a Board of Directors composed of the three partners as directors, along with three external directors. The Board is chaired by a woman with extensive experience in corporate leadership.

Crime Prevention Model

Compliance Channel
R&Q has a Crime Prevention Model in accordance with the provisions of Law 20.393, which addresses crimes such as Bribery, Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Receiving Stolen Property, Incompatible Negotiation, Private-to-Private Corruption, Disloyal Administration, and Misappropriation.
According to the procedure established in the Crime Prevention Manual, reports can be submitted in writing and sent either by letter addressed to the Crime Prevention Officer at the company’s headquarters, or by email to compliance@ryq.cl. In all cases, the anonymity of the reports is guaranteed.
To ensure the seriousness of a report, it must include a brief description of the activities, reported facts and suspects, the date and place of the incident, the names of any individuals and/or parties possibly involved, and any other relevant information available to the whistleblower.
